As the marketer of a multitude of gift cards we recognize the importance of consumer awareness regarding all gift cards. Although the majority of the cards we represent do not have expiration dates or card fees, please read the Terms & Conditions of each gift card you wish to purchase as shown on the respective gift card page of our site.

SVM issues the 76ChoiceConocoExxonMobilPhillips 66SunocoChevron and Texaco branded gift cards. These brands do not have expiration dates or non-use fees associated with their cards.

Yes, SVM will ship your gift card(s) to a business colleague, friend or family member. You may also include a personalized message. You will find these options on the Order Remarks page and the Order Confirmation page during checkout.

Yes. Most cards we offer are “multi-use cards”, which means that you can use them on more than one occasion.

Multi-use cards will decrease in value each time that you use them, until the balance on the card is zero. After the balance is zero, you can either reload the gift card (brand dependent) or simply throw it away.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, and personal or business checks. Please be advised that if you mail us a check, there will be an 8-business day hold on your order. ACH and wire transfer payment methods are also available for orders placed with an account executive. To reach our sales team please call 877-300-1786 Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.

To order using a check, simply order online and indicate “Check” as your method of payment. We will ship your order eight business days after your payment arrives.

Orders are processed and shipped quite rapidly (usually in a few hours), but if you contact us we will do our best to assist you.

We use Address Verification Service (AVS) for all credit card orders to verify accurate billing addresses. Orders placed with an invalid billing address are immediately rejected by our website.

For security purposes, at times, we may request additional information to validate the order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our verification standards.

Please refer to the number on the back of the gift card to reach the retailer’s customer service team. For problems with an SVM issued gift card brand including 76, Chevron, Choice Hotels, Conoco, ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Sunoco, and Texaco visit our Gift Card Returns website by clicking www.GiftCardReturns.com.

Remaining card balances may be subject to refund as required by law. Please call SVM at 1-800-786-8028 Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, excluding holidays, if you wish to inquire about a refund for one of SVM’s issued brands (76, Chevron, Choice Hotels, Conoco, ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Sunoco, and Texaco).

If your SVM issued card has a value of $10 or less, SVM will refund the value of your card upon request. Please call SVM at 1-800-786-8028. Although we may ask qualifying questions there is no need to mail in your card(s) or complete any form.

SVM is very committed to protecting your privacy. We want you to be a repeat customer, and we will not jeopardize that relationship.

Retailers set all retail prices and policies, whether company-owned retail outlets or independent businesses. In fact, it is against state and federal statutes for SVM to set or interfere with retail pricing. However, in our experience, where preferential pricing is posted – for using cash or other cash equivalents – gift card users often receive the preferred price. In other cases, however, the gift card user may not receive the preferred price. This is determined solely by the retailer and SVM has no involvement or control whatsoever in the retail pricing policy or decision.

Orders valued at $150 or less have the option to ship First Class Mail at a cost of $2.95 per order.

Orders valued at greater than $150 will ship FedEx – A signature is required for all FedEx orders.

      • FedEx Ground – Arrives in 3-5 business days
      • FedEx 3-Day Express – Arrives in 3 business days (Note – Does not include the day it was shipped).
      • FedEx 2-Day Air – Arrives in 2 business days (Note – Does not include the day it was shipped).
      • FedEx Next Day Air® – Generally have an afternoon arrival
    • We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Please refer to FedEx.com for their delivery schedules for holidays and service types.
      Orders submitted and verified after 2:00 pm CST are processed the next business day.
    • Orders placed and verified on Friday (or prior to holidays) after 2pm CST are processed the following business day.
    • Orders placed and verified on Friday before 2:00 pm CST for overnight delivery, will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, delivery will be the next business day.
    • All orders are charged up to a 3.95% processing and compliance fee.
      We regret that we are not able to ship cards internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to Puerto Rico.
    • A signature is required for all FedEx orders.
Shipments by FedEx
    • FedEx requires a physical address for delivery as they cannot deliver to a PO Box. If your billing address is a PO Box and you’ve selected to ship your order with FedEx, please confirm your physical shipping address in the “Shipping Address” section of the order process.Shipments by Next Day Air® generally have an afternoon arrival.Note: If your address is physically located outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska) you cannot choose shipping by 3-Day Express. You must choose 2 Day Air or Next Day Air®.Please be aware that if FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to improper addressing or inability to obtain delivery signature, you will be responsible for carrier surcharges. In addition, you are responsible for subsequent shipping charges if your package must be re-shipped to the correct address.

Yes. We charge up to a 3.95% processing and compliance fee for all orders. In addition to the processing and compliance fee, some cards are sold at a premium to face value depending on the brand and denomination.
